About the service

Strivvex (Pty) Ltd operates Verified Business Network in South Africa. Viewex Visuals provides business visits, filming and 360° tours. Contact hello@viewexvisuals.co.za about the site, these terms or a complaint. By using the service you agree to these terms; if you represent a business, you confirm authority to act for it.

What verification means

A verification badge records that Viewex visited and filmed a business, with the visit date shown where available. It is not a guarantee of future performance, licensing, financial standing, safety or every product or service. Photos and tours show a place at the time they were captured. Check current information, availability and any requirements directly with the business.

Bookings and cancellations

Each booking screen identifies the business, service and whether the booking is confirmed immediately or awaits acceptance. A request is not a confirmed appointment until confirmation is shown. Listed businesses supply their own services and are responsible for their prices, availability, delivery and applicable cancellation terms; VBN facilitates the booking and related communication.

Provide accurate contact details and use the booking management link to review or cancel where available. For changes the site cannot handle, contact the business or the VBN team. The business must disclose applicable deposits, charges and cancellation conditions before you commit. Nothing here limits rights under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable South African law, including lawful cancellation rights and limits on cancellation charges.

VBN Rewards

Rewards membership lets you save businesses and earn eligible points or perks according to the rules shown in your account and the relevant offer. Perks depend on participating businesses and any stated availability, level or redemption conditions. Points have no cash value and may not be sold or transferred. Cancelled visits, removed reviews, duplicate activity or abuse may lead to correction of associated points.

We may correct errors and investigate misuse. Material programme or offer changes must be communicated appropriately and respect applicable law and existing entitlements. Contact the team if you believe a points adjustment or refusal was incorrect. Do not share sign-in codes or membership credentials.

Accounts, reviews and acceptable use

• Keep account details accurate and protect passwords, sign-in codes and private booking links.
• Submit honest reviews about your own experience and only material you have permission to use.
• Do not post unlawful, misleading, abusive or discriminatory content, private personal information, spam or manipulated reviews.
• Do not misuse bookings, rewards, other accounts or the site's security.

We may moderate content or restrict misuse, with reasonable regard to the circumstances and applicable rights. Team and business access is limited to invited, authorised users.

Business listings, media and paid services

Businesses must keep their listing and booking information accurate and have permission for any supplied media or personal information. Listing, filming, tour hosting and other paid services are governed by the accepted quote or agreement, including price, scope, renewal and cancellation terms. No subscription is created merely by browsing this website.

Existing intellectual property remains with its owner. You may view public content for its intended purpose; copying or republishing tours, photography, branding or other protected material requires permission or another lawful basis. Rights in commissioned media are set out in the relevant service agreement.

Privacy, third-party sites and availability

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. External booking sites, maps and tours may apply their own terms. We aim to keep VBN available and accurate, but may need to carry out maintenance or correct errors. Contact the business directly for urgent booking matters.

Responsibility, complaints and South African law

We provide the platform with reasonable care and remain responsible for obligations that the law places on us. Neither these terms nor a verification badge removes a business's responsibility for its services. Nothing excludes liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by South African law and do not prevent you from using an appropriate regulator, tribunal or court.
